I fell in love with this picture the first time I saw it. In this picture, to me, the flower sympolises life as a dance. I see dance is the very essence of all flowers. Let me elaborate it by talking about Yin and Yang. Yin and Yang, ideally, can be seen as an infinite dance between light and darkness.

Look at them: one is in the heart of the other and each one wants to fill the void in its heart with the other. It seems they have been forever seeking each other.

The key to the Yin-Yang mystery is the flower: the dance!

Imagine this: what will happen if we rotate the Yin-Yang circle as fast as possible? We will not be able to separate one from the other. They become one. You see, dance is the answer. All beauties are fed by dance, dance of patterns or passions. The dance of Yin and Yang, in its perfection, results into something like a flower — where Yins and Yangs are unified into a single pattern, the flower!

Thus, this monkey, being pure and innocent, sees life as what really is. A dance! I am certain that John Keats was enchanted by the wonderment of the dance of life when he said:

“Beauty is truth, truth beauty,—that is all.”

One might ask why I’m associating flowers with dance? This video might answer it, to some extent:
